System and Service Design
Leveraging the ITIL v3 service delivery framework, we design new or modify existing IT service models and associated infrastructure architectures to deliver standardized, predictable, repeatable, reliable, and efficient IT solutions. We standardize and integrate the processes supporting technical requirements development and management, solutions architecture design, service design and integration, and capacity planning services. This allows for a clear line of sight from functional requirements to service specifications and, ultimately, IT solutions that are both fiscally and technically sustainable.
Platforms and Infrastructure Engineering
Develop standards and engineers solutions for enterprise-wide infrastructure support capabilities. We deliver solutions to provide our clients with a common technical foundation on which to place applications. We engineer infrastructure solutions related to networks, unified communication, Web services, and data centers. We also engineering platform solutions, including databases; mobile capabilities; storage; servers; and backup, recovery, and archive capabilities.
Application and Integration
We engineer identity management and enterprise services solutions. We engineer and support directory services, public key infrastructure (PKI), and public key enablement (PKE) infrastructure capabilities to meet our clients identity management requirements.
We provide integration, application security, desktop engineering, and service monitoring capabilities that enable our clients ability to centrally manage to the desktop. This is achieved through development of standard frameworks that allow centralized deployment, management, and monitoring of applications and systems.
Test and Evaluation
We work with our clients to develop an integrated development and test environment by emulating production environments to efficiently deploy applications and improve operational availability. We provide infrastructure testing, evaluation, and quality assurance. We ensure to coordinate activities closely with the sound release management functions, to include:
Lab Management – Build and maintain a test environment that emulates production environment into which new or upgraded systems can be evaluated prior to deployment;
Infrastructure Evaluation – Create infrastructure impact assessments to evaluate whether performance-based network resources are available to meet the introduction of new or modified end-to-end application or system requirements;
Infrastructure Testing – Perform pre-deployment testing of all systems prior to fielding into the operational environment;
Quality Assurance – Ensures that all systems deployed into the operational environment meet required quality standards.
